I've been trying to share Messiah2030 with my husband and fellow Christian Brothers and sisters. They are all laughing at me, shaking me and telling me that they're worried about me. I feel really alone, like no one is listening. Has anyone had similar experiences? Does anyone have thoughts about why so many people are resistant to seeing the truth?

I have people in my life that are very strong Christians but the moment end times are mentioned, they freak out and it becomes a no go subject.

My believing husband wouldn't laugh or shake me, but has no interest in Messiah's return. The reality is that every believer is in a different part of their sanctification journey. Consider 2 Tim 4:8. Most believers are not living for Yeshua's return and His Kingdom to reign on earth. In America, most have zero desire for the Righteous King to return and get in the way of their plans of "living their best life". Nevertheless we must be patient and respectful of the will of an individual, yet always prepared to encourage with all Truth in YHWH. Bo Yeshua!

I AM SO GRATEFUL TO HAVE FOUND THIS THREAD!! This is exactly how I feel and it is discouraging !! Even my own mother who is a Christian refused to watch it and I practically begged her and even then she only watched part of it, last I knew, and refuses to talk about it .

They want their "best life now" as Joel Osteen says.

Many Western Christians today would rather believe a convenient lie than an inconvenient truth. God will soon shake awake a slumbering Church.

Because the reality of a post trib rapture is tough to handle when you've been taught and believed in pre trib your whole life. I know when I first realized that the rapture would be post trib that I was depressed for about a week, and I consider myself to be a fairly mature Christian. If you look at what the world is going to be like and what will be happening; it's going to shake people to the very core of their faith. I believe most believers will be killed during the great tribulation. In fact, the bible says that if Jesus didn't come back when He states He will, there would no flesh be left alive. It's going to be a horrible horrible time.
I encounter the same type of rejection from most of my family/friends as well. So what I've decided to do, is rather than convince them of what will happen, I just write out a time line of what I believe will happen and when, in hopes that when they see it begin to happen, then they will believe.
But keep your faith and trust in the promise of God for that future that He has waiting for all those that endure too the end.

It could be that some of the people we think are Christians, are not.
