Graphically illustrated Bible chronology, according to which it is concluded that in 2030 6000 years have passed.
Illustrate also the sources and the names and ages of people in the Bible and other events etc. on the basis of which this calculation has been arrived at.
And where does this countdown start? From creation? Or from the Fall?
And why the Jews' own calculation of the current year is different (Now 5784).
Thanks!

We believe the count begins at creation, when time began (Genesis 1:14). HILLEL II CURRENT YEAR COUNT The Jewish (Hillell II) calendar is not the same as the Biblical calendar. It is known to be about 210 years off (because the time in Egypt was not factored in), and also adds strange calculations against the Torah for some of the mo'edim placements, such as Yom Kippur. Regardless, no Christian or Jewish scholar agrees with the current Hillel II calendar year count. It is well known to be inaccurate. In doing a simple Google search we came across a helpful article that should serve well. Keep in mind, this is not an endorsement of this article or website. armstronginstitute.org/366-the-hebrew-year-5783-or-is-it According to the Biblical calendar, we are in year 5994, 6 years from Biblical year 6,000 / Gregorian year 2030.

Wow
I'm so glad I came across this post ! My browser has 50 tabs open from a rabbit trail I went down early today trying to figure out why the hebrew year is now 5784.. My conclusion was just that they must have not counted 200ish years at some point. 🤪 (I'll go read that link to help my rabbit trail find a solid answer)
Thank you 💜
