In Revelation 6: 12-17, when the 6th seal is opened there is a scene that is very much similar to Matthew 24: 29-31; and then in Revelation 7: we read about the multitude in Heaven…
Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, “These who are clothed in the white robes, who are they, and where have they come from?” Revelation 7:13 NASB1995
After reading; the opening of the 6th seal & Revelation 7, and then Matthew 24: 29-31… where it says:
“And He will send forth His angels with a great trumpet and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.” Matthew 24:31 NASB1995
Am I mistaken in thinking that the rapture happens at the opening of the 6th seal? Then how is it that there is only 10 days between the rapture and the 2nd coming?

I believe those 10 days are called the 10 days of awe where the bowl judgements are poured out.

The 10 Days of Awe will indeed be awesome, when those who inflicted terror and violence upon the children of the Most High will themselves now see terror and violence descend upon themselves. Whether it's the leaders and commanders of Hamas and Hezbollah and Islamic Jihad and ISIS and every single like-minded terror organization around the globe, no amount of riches will be able to buy their safety. They and their militant Slaves of Allah will want to hide themselves into the depths of the earth. But there is no cave system, no fortified mountain bunker, no tunnel depth on the planet that will hide them from the Wrath of Almighty God.
Isaiah 26:20-21a, "Come, my people, enter into your rooms and close your doors behind you; Hide for a little while until indignation passes by. For behold, Yahweh is about to come out from His place to visit the iniquity of the inhabitants of the earth ..."
2 Thessalonians 2:8, “And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of His mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of His coming.”
Revelation 19:12-16, "His eyes were like a flame of fire ... He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood ... out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations ... He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God ... on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS."
Habakkuk 3:3, 6, 11-13, “His brightness was like the light; He had rays flashing from His hand, And there His power was hidden ... He stood and measured the earth; He looked and startled the nations. And the everlasting mountains were scattered, The perpetual hills bowed ... The sun and moon stood still in their habitation; At the light of Your arrows they went, At the shining of Your glittering spear. You marched through the land in indignation; You trampled the nations in anger. You went forth for the salvation of Your people, For salvation with Your Anointed. You struck the head from the house of the wicked, By laying bare from foundation to neck.”

So, when the Wrath of God is complete, will there be any survivors left on earth?

Then how is it that there is only 10 days between the rapture and the 2nd coming? Good question. Here is our theory for whatever it is worth. If part 2 has been viewed, then it is understood that we place the rapture (first resurrection) at the 7th trumpet, which is on Yom Teruah 2030 as the 777 timestamp for vengeance. The sixth seal is likely the arrival of Messiah Yeshua in the clouds. The world sees him and knows the wrath is about to begin. It is pure panic. This could be the same day as Yom Teruah, or occur day or more before. That brings us to the seventh seal. The seven seals seal a scroll. So, when the seventh seal is broken the scroll can be read. The scroll that is sealed with seven seals is eventually unrolled and read (Revelation 6-8), which likely lists the judgment and coming wrath against the nations and the reign of Messiah Yeshua being made effective. The seventh seal and seventh trumpet (as a 77) is likely opened on the same day according to the pattern and thematic connections of 77 and a 7. This is why the 777 of Lamech (Genesis 4:24), is distinguished as a 77 (for Lamech) and a 7 (for Cain))(see part 2). That is the pattern of 7 seals and 7 Trumpets as the 77 and then the 7 as the seven bowls (wrath) that comes after the 7th trumpet. So, what that means is this. The 77 is connected to Lamech and concludes the 3.5 years in which we are protected (Greater Exodus -> Ezekiel 20/Revelation 12/Jeremiah 16:14-15). The two wives of Lamech mean "beautiful (Adah) protection (Zillah)" and this is the time in which the "beautiful" bride of Messiah is protected for 3.5 years, ending at the 7th seal and 7th trumpet (77), connecting to Lamech. Following this, is the seven bowls of wrath, and wrath is connected to Cain (7) and we enter the bridal "chambers" (Isaiah 26) for a 3+7=10 on the 3rd and 7th day. The sixth seal is the arrival of the "clouds" that will contain the angels and Messiah Yeshua. The "clouds" will darken the skies. The world will panic because they know the wrath is near, but we will know what is happening and will be expecting it on that day (see part 2). This could occur just before Yom Teruah 2030, which would be the 6th day of the week. On Yom Teruah 2030 the 7th seal is broken scroll is read, as there is silence for half an hour, announcing kingship and wrath of Messiah, and the 7th trumpet sounds and the first resurrection occurs and the 7 bowls of wrath are poured out. Thus we are present for the 77 (Seals/Trumpets - Lamech) but not the 7 (Bowls/wrath - Cain). This 7/7 and 7 of the seals/trumpets and bowls will also occur on the Biblical macro timestamp of 777 (part 2). Those who are connected to the 3.5 years leading to the "77" of the seals/trumpet are those who are forgiven. Those that are connected to conclusion of the 3.5 years and the "7" (wrath) are not forgiven. This moment of the arrival of the kingdom and being forgiven (77) connects to the Messiah's parable: Matthew 18:21-23Then Peter came up and said to him, “Lord, how often will my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? As many as seven times?” Jesus said to him, “I do not say to you seven times, but seventy-seven times. “ Therefore the kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who wished to settle accounts with his servants. The second coming begins at Yom Teruah when the Messiah is in the clouds and completes when he exits on Yom Kippur and lands on the Mount of Olives for the final judgment of the nations, declares his kingship over the Earth, and we rule and reign with him from the land over all the nations.

hi, you wrote "clouds" in quotes. do you believe that He will arrive on literal clouds in the sky and all peoples will be able to see Him simultaneously? thanks! t When not referring to typical clouds, "clouds" in scripture in specific repeating contexts have the following characteristics if one does a word study: People go in and out of them They travel swiftly They ascend and descend They have lights at night They can disseminate fire They are associated with "chariots" in the sky They are like "polished metal" YHWH's angels will also arrive in them at his return Make of that what you will. We know what expect it to look like. There will be so many of them that they will block out the sun, moon, and stars and the whole world will see them.

So, when the Wrath of God is complete, will there be any survivors left on earth? Hey kolop, the thread MW referred you to was excellent, but I'd like to add a slight take on it based off of my personal experience and what the bible says. Several years ago I was reading the passage in Matt 25 about the sheep and the goats and suddenly a thought hit me real hard. You see, I used to be involved in a prison ministry 25 years ago, so I had an understanding of what I needed to go through in order to visit with the prisoners. When I read the part about what the sheep did: Mt 25:35 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Mt 25:36 Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. I had an epiphany. How in the world could these people have visited the believers in prison if they didn't have the mark of the beast? Or, how could they have done any of the things that were listed since no one will be able to buy or sell unless they have the mark. So here's my take on the matter, take it for what it's worth. I am in no means advocating for anyone to take the mark, but analyze what the bible says and line it up with current technology. These "sheep" people are what I call "Rahabites". I call them that because that is exactly what Rahab did for the 2 spies who went in to Jericho to get some intel. Rahab did not have a personal relationship with God. When she talked to the spies she always referred to God as "your God". But, Rahab had heard stories of what their God had done, and so she decided to help these spies in hope that they they would show kindness to her and her family. So she was rewarded for clothing, feeding and helping them escape. Rahab was initially an enemy of Israel, as she was from Jericho, but she changed her mind and then helped God's people in their time of need, and then was rewarded for that kindness once Israel got the victory over Jericho and was allowed to go with Israel into the promised land. Fast forward to 2027-2030 with all our current technology with facial recognition, bar code scanning, etc. and hand that power over to a person who is hell bent on destroying Israel and any one who believes in Jesus Christ. With that in mind, you need to seriously ponder the question of, how could anyone walk into a prison facility and go through all the checks that they go through, without getting caught themselves if they didn't have the mark of the beast. The mark of the beast will be REQUIRED for any socioeconomic interactions at that time. OR, how could they provide food, clothing and shelter if they themselves cannot buy anything. The only people who will be able to wander about in society will be the ones who have taken the mark of the beast. So here's my take on who the "sheep" are. I believe they are unbelievers who have been witnessed to or told by Christian friends what is going to happen in the GT, but they didn't believe in, they scoffed at the idea that anything like that could ever happen. So, when the antichrist comes on the scene, they will take the mark and worship him because he seems to have all the answers and initially looks like a great guy. But........after a while, his true colors come shining thru and these people then remember what they were told by their Christian friends, and then they realize they made a mistake. So they renounce their allegiance to the antichrist in their hearts and then begin to help their Christian friends as best they can. Just like Rahab was initially an enemy of Israel/God, so are these sheep, but then, because of the things they had heard and then begin to see them happening, they help Christians out by doing the things mentioned in Mat 25. Then, once the battle is over, they are rewarded for the good works that they did for believers. Also, if you understand how salvation works, you know that it's not by "doing works" that you get saved, but rather by believing in the gospel of Jesus Christ, but these "sheep" people are rewarded for their "works", things they have done. Another thing to think about is the fact that they weren't raptured, thus, a second clue as to the fact that they weren't saved. So they weren't Christians, yet Jesus rewards them and grants them access into the MK. Again, I'm not advocating for people to take the mark, because if a Christian worships the beast as God and takes the mark, they are doomed to eternity in the lake of fire. But, and again, this is just MY opinion, I believe that a NON Christian could take the mark, then realize they made a mistake, and then resolve to help Christians out by taking care of them because they have the ability to do so due to the fact that they can participate in socio/economic activities. They won't be "saved" like we are, but they will be rewarded.

A quick comment with respect to the Mark of the Beast. I would contend that it is impossible for a spirit-filled Christian to receive it. Like the Mark of Christ upon the foreheads of those who follow Christ, the Mark of the Beast upon the foreheads of those who follow the Beast is primarily a spiritual designation that identifies allegiance and to whom you belong. These "marks" are, I would suggest, something that God Himself puts on someone. One group is sealed unto deliverance, the other is sealed unto destruction. No one "receives" the Mark in the sense of saying, "I accept it. Give it to me." Once God places the Mark of the Beast upon someone, they are doomed to destruction. Like the Beast itself, the consequence of those who receive its Mark means they are now also doomed to suffer the second death because to receive the Mark of the Beast “is a clear indication of complete rejection of Jesus Christ; it demonstrates that the possessor of the mark has reached such a place or condition of hardness that it precludes repentance or faith in Christ. Receiving the mark of the beast, then, terminates one’s chance to receive Jesus Christ. It is equivalent to death ... It is proof they will never receive Jesus Christ, and God knows this absolutely.” [ Studies in Revelation -- Appendix 6: The Book of Life]. So, who are those who "receive" the Mark of the Beast? A huge clue is given for us in the “number” of its name. The Greek word for "number" is "arithmos" but it does not necessitate the use of mathematics or gammatria to “reckon” (understand) what it is, something we'll often see many prophecy teachers falling into. The word “arithmos” is used a total of 18 times in the New Testament, and aside from Rev 5:11 when John refers to the number of living beings he witnesses around the throne of God, every other time “arithmos” is used it is always referring to a group of people. This is significant because it therefore means that the Greek text is better understood as “the multitude of the beast: for it is the multitude of a man.” But what multitude of people would that be and what man are they all following? There is nothing in the text telling us that the man referred to here must be someone alive at that specific time or an end-of-days Antichrist. So what and who is John referring to? Significantly, “chi-xi-stigma” (often translated as “666”) closely resembles the Arabic Bismallah, which translates to “In The Name Of Allah.” In order to convert to “Allah’s” religion, one must recite the Islamic statement of faith, called the Shahada, by declaring that “There is no god but Allah, and MOHAMMED is his messenger.” Without Christ, there can be no Christianity. Likewise, without Mohammed, there can be no Islam. To become a Muslim and to be counted among the "Ummah" (the violent counterfeit of the Bride of Christ and described by John in Revelation as the "Whore of Babylon") one cannot simply say "There is no god but Allah" alone. They MUST also declare "and Mohammed is his messenger." A Muslim's "salvation" is therefore entirely dependent upon not just their devotion to the god of Islam, but upon their devotion to the man of Islam as well. Note: This does not necessarily mean that every single person who identifies today as a Muslim has already received the Mark of the Beast and are doomed to destruction. Many Muslims across the Islamic world are questioning Islam and wish to know the truth. God sees them, and giving them dreams and visions of Isa (Jesus) who reveals who He is to them. Many have left Islam and I believe many are yet to leave Islam and come to Christ before the end. Revelation 13:18, “This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate [psēphizō – ‘reckon’] the number [arithmos – ‘multitude’ of people] of the beast, for it is the number [arithmos – ‘multitude’ of people] of a man [the false prophet Mohammed]. That number is [χξς – ‘In The Name of Allah’ in Arabic].” For more thoughts on this, visit this article for more: midnightwatcher.com/2011/03/22/the-mark-of-the-beast-what-your-church-may-not-be-telling-you/

I can understand that but what about Glen's comment, which had got me to think as well. Some who take the Mark of the Beast might later repent and be given Salvation just like the rest of us. The Bible indicates that's not possible but perhaps it has something to do with the way Jewish authors perceive things somewhat differently to what we do when we read the Scriptures. In any case, there is no way I will take it. I rather go to prison or die.

Some who take the Mark of the Beast might later repent and be given Salvation just like the rest of us. According to the Book of Revelation, those with the Mark of the Beast will absolutely refuse to repent, even after suffering en mass God's trumpet judgments (cf. Revelation 9:20-21). There's a reason why God has placed this Mark upon their foreheads. Revelation 9:4, 20-21, "... the people who did not have the seal of God on their foreheads ... who did not die in these plagues still refused to repent of their evil deeds and turn to God... they did not repent of their murders or their witchcraft or their sexual immorality or their thefts." Just look at death-loving Islamist militants today from Hezbollah, Hamas, ISIS, et al. Do they change their minds and repent of their evil while they're being wiped out, or do they continue their violent Jihad for the "guarantee" of paradise if they're martyred while fighting for the cause of Allah?
