So, the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran (Ebrahim Raisi) has died in a helicopter crash yesterday (May 19, 2024). I would not be surprised if this was a punishment for Iran’s attack on Israel in April. He has been succeeded by Vice President Mohammad Mokhber, who is currently acting.

Maybe I’m overthinking this, but could this have some prophetic significance?

~~I wonder if the next person who is elected as president could be the antichrist…~~ Never mind. I remembered that the Antichrist will be in Turkey or something.

I don't think it's anything in Bible prophecy. We will keep seeing things like this happen and much more as the war escalates and the end approaches. There is a lot of change required to get us there, so if Jesus is coming back 2000 years after he left, expect things like this to happen often and speed up. WW3 is coming and the aftermath of it will reshape the world into the 10 kings, beast system eventually.
